James Hunt — Owner & CEO
Jim founded All Around Custom Painting with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship, reliability, and honest service. With over 30 years of experience in the painting industry, he has built the company on the belief that every project deserves precision, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.
His hands-on leadership and dedication to excellence ensure that every job is completed to the highest standard. James takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients by delivering consistent results, clear communication, and dependable service from start to finish.
Alyssa Hunt – Office Manager / Billing Administrator
Alyssa holds a Master’s degree in Business and oversees the daily administrative and billing operations for the company. She ensures projects run smoothly behind the scenes by managing scheduling, client communication, and financial coordination with accuracy and professionalism.
Tanner Harmon – Sr. Project Manager & Estimator
Tanner has been a key member of the team for over five years, bringing strong leadership and industry experience to every project. He manages estimating, project coordination, and scheduling to keep jobs organized, on time, and running smoothly.
Mark Crowder – Project Manager / Estimator
Mark brings extensive industry experience to the team, including a strong background in paint and coatings from his time with Sherwin-Williams. He is highly skilled in estimating, project management, and wallcovering, helping ensure projects run smoothly and are completed with quality craftsmanship.
Kristin Batson – Estimator
Kristin plays an important role in the estimating process, helping ensure projects are accurately evaluated and prepared for success. She is detail-oriented and committed to supporting the team in delivering quality work and dependable service to every client.
George Hawkins – Field Superintendent
George oversees jobsite operations and ensures projects stay on schedule while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. With a strong focus on coordination and quality, he works closely with crews and project managers to keep each project running efficiently from start to finish.
